Bike identification

Really leaning towards CWC. The giveaway is the hardware for the fork. CWC used two different size bearing cups at top and bottom on some bikes. I think this feature was unique to CWC at the time, don’t recall Colson doing that. If you look closely the lower bearing cup has a taller height than the upper cup. CWC made this style frame both pre and post war. The prewar version had dropstand ears at the rear tho.
 
A76355 I found this in my phone today. This is on the serial number off the bike.
Unfortunately, I think we would need to see how the Serial Number is stamped to confirm a maker. Starting with A makes me lean back towards CWC. A picture of the serial number would help as well as a picture of the seat stays/fender bridge/seatpost clamp.
