Sold 1936 /37 Elgin Bluebird restored seat top, needs chassis----F/S

Skirted Troxel Bluebird saddle, I believe the only bicycle Troxel made
this leaf sprung seat for. Leather top and bottom stitched edge with
correct stamp. I can add the 2 wear bumps on each side if preffered
I've seen some that way, up to the new owner. I'm sure everyone on here
has at least one or two of these bikes.
