I’m offering for dond a rare Portland Maine bicycle plate from 1944 this is in good condition for its age it has some wear from use and could use a little Sraightning but is fine as it is. This plate is condition you see in the photos. There are some paint scratch’s as shown . Other than the info provided please look at the several photos provided.
Shipping will be $6.50 in a USPS Ground Advantage if buyer wants priority mail If they pay the difference I’ll gladly send it that way.
