Withdrawn 1958 Schwinn stem and wedge bolt

Not sure how well this will clean with evaporust? My neighbor who has some isn't around. The wedge bolt comes apart and is good
except a little cosmetics. The binder bolt is not original. At least, I don't think it is? DOND deal is for both or whatever you want...

no i mean binder bolt .... clamps handlebars tight ... not original unless its a AS bolt like the wedge bolt
