Welcome to the Cabe.
Lets get this straightened out. The Wasp is a Balloon model, not a middleweight. The serial number dates this as a 1960 model. No tanks or chrome fenders were offered on the Wasp and amber reflector pedals came about in 1972. So what size tires are on this and what are the rims, S-2's or S-7's? Sorry to say it, the bike was molested and it's posted in the wrong section. If it's for sale it needs to be in the classifieds.

This was my fathers bike, this is how he purchased the bike, he recently passed and I am simply looking for a new home for the bike , that's it.

It looks to be a nice Wasp missing Painted fenders and a few other things.

Was there a chrome springer in ‘60?
