I had two broken spokes on the S-7 front wheel. I went into the local Schwinn shop with the wheel and told him I needed two spokes for the 20 inch S-7 wheel and I think they are 7-7/8" long. He gave me a funny look and said he needs to know what that is in millimeters. I told him we measured things in inches in 1964

but I could do the conversion. The mechanic is maybe in his 40s. He eventually brought out the correct length spokes. So, I installed the 2 new spokes. They look so funny in the wheel as they are very shiny and the rest are grey due to 60 years of weathering. It was recommended on here to leave as much of the bike as original as possible - it's only original once. So, now what should I do to make it not so obvious? Replace all the spokes on both front and rear wheels or scuff the two spokes up and paint them grey? Recommendations? Thanks.
