26” Ducktail Bicycle Fender ?

I have what I believe to be a 26” ducktail chrome rear fender
Pics show it compared to a 26” Schwinn middleweight fender
Looks to be an off brand? It’s not a Schwinn fender
Any thoughts what this might have gone to?

Wald & McCauley offered this as a Universal Fender which will fit either the 26" or 24" bicycle. No side dimples.
