Commonly used to make a bike that originally runs 28" singletubes into an everyday rider.

These hoops are chrome Raleigh's that have been laced with a New Departure model D rear. Front hub is unmarked.
Both wheels spin smoothly and look very true. Brake when applied by hand does what it should.
These seem ready for some miles.
Very minor stain spots. I tried to take a picture of the worst spot of each hoop. They will clean up more with just a little scrubbing. I just hit the hoop with some dawn quick.
Priced at what a set of new hoops would cost.
