Look Ma, No Hands!
...you may win the award this year for greatest distance traveled! Anyone care to challenge him??
I accept the challenge!!!
Greetings fellow CABE people that may be attending the NGBS. I just made the decision last night to drive down to Norcross this weekend from my home in NY. GPS says it's 900+ miles, 15 hours. Do I get the prize for farthest travel? I'm trying to beat the Texans that are coming, looks like it'll be close.

I just started collecting again after a 40-year hiatus. I'm specifically looking to buy a few complete, original, postwar, deluxe, survivor balloon bikes to get my collection rolling again. At the top of my list would be a Super Deluxe / Super Cruiser, X-53, Higgins / Colorflow, maybe a Five-Star, maybe a Luxury Liner, maybe a Phantom. But I'd consider any postwar deluxe bike.
Any folks attending the NGBS that may have bikes for sale that fit my targeted criteria, please PM me ASAP, it would be helpful to have a bit of advanced intel in terms of how many bikes might be available. Like, will I need to rent a trailer?

I am greatly looking forward to meeting everyone and having a blast at the NGBS! This will be the very first classic bicycle meet I've ever been to. Back when I was collecting in the late `70's / early `80's, the only meets I had heard about were in CA or MI and I wasn't old enough yet to drive. But how badly I had wanted to attend back then! It's time to satisfy the bucket list, life is short!

Many thanks to those who put these shows together, I'm much looking forward to it!!!
