If you're interested in the bike, remove and check inside tank and inside train light for corrosion. You are going to lose some paint on front fender for sure when cleaning. It's a fair trade. You could probably sell it for $450 to a collector if you decided you didn't like it.
I'd leave it. Get's real expensive real quick when restoring. And you probably wouldn't get your money back out of it. However, if you want a beautiful bike that you want to keep for yourself, you could restore it. The trend these days though, is to keep them as original as possible. You'll hear it over and over again, "They're only original once!"
