Old'n'Slow Bikes

Look Ma, No Hands!
24 and or 28 tooth rear cogs to fit Bendix or Sturmey Archer coaster hubs with the three dog spline. I laser cut these from 11 gauge stainless steel and put a brushed finish on them. Only fit 1/8 x 1/2 inch chains.

Yeh, they aren't antique but they can make pedaling the old classics a lot easier! I have a 28 tooth on my old Schwinn with a 46 up front. I cruise at an easy 8mph with easy effort on the pedals. I can even climb a moderate hill with out standing up! (that's good for a guy like me with bad knees)

$25.00 bucks shipped to the lower 48 states

These are Excellent Quality Cogs & My Knees Thank you.
I quickly received 1 each of the 24 tooth & hoping the Shimano will be available soon .
Now if Morrow type can be made that would make a lot of folks here happy for vintage riders .
Che, Thanks for the kind words! I have Shimano now! I have a new pattern too! Email me if you would like.

Shimano = Bendix = F&S with respect to the 3 tabs as far as I can tell. I've interchanged all of them on my bikes with F&S hubs. There's issues fitting all of them on the Bendix hubs since the center hole diameter needs to be big for the Bendix (1.42"). The F&S sprocket I have on hand has a center hole diameter = 1.37", Shimano measures 1.38".

@Old'n'Slow Bikes these look great. What are you using for the center hole diameter on the Shimano versions?

On the Sturmey Archer and on the Shimano, I use 1.375 + or- .003" The bendix is cut at 1.415 if memory serves correct. (+ - .005)

I am new to this stuff...what is 'F&S"?

Fichtel and Sachs was a German manufacturer that made bicycle hubs for a very long time. Their 3-speed hubs from the 50-80s are very well respected.

Add F&S to the list of hubs that will work with your 1.375" dia sprockets. Love the retro modern look of these.

Excellent item! You should do well offering these up. I will message you in order to buy a couple myself as I run F&S hubs on many of my bikes If you could, I suggest also making say a 22 or 24 tooth cog with 1/2 the teeth missing, enabling a "skip-tooth", or one-inch pitch chain to be used. It should be a simple input call out to your machine to do every other tooth, making it a Skip Tooth, or 1" pitch instead of 1/2" you show above. Any even-toothed cog can have 1/2 the teeth removed to be able to run a 1" pitch chain...stainless? Even better I am in.. Below is a hand-converted modification of a 1/2" pitch cog on the larger center opening Sturmey version..
