I'm the Wiz, and nobody beats me!
Thanks John!

When I did my earlier search, I couldn't find the street Park Av. Guess it was changed over the years. Jack and his wife are in the Cemetary just a block down on Foremaster.

When I was doing my search I came across a news article and the heading was willows cycle donates two bikes. That’s all I could read without paying money to read the newspaper article. So I’m thinking these two stingrays were a donation for some cause and the smothers brothers were involved.

George and Shirley Garner Thank You for your purchase. George had many Valley Cyclery locations in the San Fernando Valley (Los Angeles) and also later in the Northbrook, IL markets. He was by far the most progressive Schwinn Dealer in the country and held the number one selling Schwinn Dealer position for many years. George and Schwinn's VP Ray Burch worked closely together in developing the Schwinn Total Concept store design that Schwinn Dealers across the county widely adopted. It's why when you walked into any Schwinn Dealership in the 1960's, 70's, and 80's they all looked alike. I had George and Ray sign my Fifty Years of Schwinn Book during their visit to my dealership in 1995.

You have a piece of history. Maybe a 1959 model with the Simplex rear derailer?

John

Wore out three sets of tires already!
Does anyone know where this shop is located? Dick and Tom lived in Cali so I assume the shop is located somewhere around were they lived or worked. If I'm correct in guessing the shop name it's Willows. The sign is blocking one letter and I can make out WILL and WS on the other wall.

I’m certain this photo was found from one of my previous post, as I’ve never seen this pic anywhere else.
I purchased this old B/W photo maybe 35 years ago off eBay and I had it framed.

My research of this July 65 photo after I bought it pinned it down to Las Vegas.
I would bet Dick and Tom were in town doing one of their many shows and either they did a purchase, or an advertisement or were given these two Super Deluxes.
Long frame Stingrays that would make them 1965 or 66.

One of the coolest photos I’ve ever seen.

Chris.

I got it off of Facebook. The poster was asking where that shop was and what the name of the shop was.
