Ca. 1974 Raleigh Super Course

Hello,
I have a pretty nice old Super Course Carlton that I am wanting to sell. I bought it earlier this year off of the original owner. He kept everything that came new with it including the sales literature, the warranty and the original down tube shifters. He had the shop change it to bar end shifters when he bought it.

I thought that I would ride it more but have decided that I don't need it. I would rather not ship it since we don't have a bike shop close that can box it properly.

I forgot to include it but the Serial number is WB5003895 and there is a letter K stamped crossways across the Serial number.

Thanks for reminding me. I am about half senile half the time. I will measure and add it shortly. I am 5 ft. 11 and it fits me nicely.

The bike is a 23 inch frame with a stand over height of 33 inches.

excellent for the collector in that it is so all original, only the shift levers have been changed

in case you will be putting up any ads for it the full name for this model is "Super Course MK.II"; 1974 was the first year for it

the manufacturer's nominal frame size is 23 1/2"; this is measuring center-to-top
