Donald duck bike horn unit

I've only put batterys in it and tested the horn out. Got nothing. Not even an attempt of horn working.

Im wondering if the headlight unit needs to be connected to make a full current to the horn? Or maybe the horn unit is stick from sitting around so long. Should I file or wire brush the contacts?

Is the switch working? Did you check for power at the horn depressing button?

I might take the horn out tomorrow and try to jump it to a battery directly. Might have a bad horn buttom

They do work with the horn. Check for ground if switch is good
