Are your drop in's aimed upwards? If it is they won't last very long. I had to trace the monarch pattern, except cut the drop-ins aimed downward.

If you zoom in you should be able to see them, I sold the trike last year, later I can dig up the photo of the rocker pattern, after I changed them, the bike did really well, with no problems.

Yesterday I was able to install the new rockers, so far so good. These hub motors have a lot of torque.

I used a front hub motor on a commuter bike for years. I wouldn't use a hub motor on a springer- they need to be really torqued down and will loosen themselves very quickly even on a rigid fork. And bicycle springer forks were designed for <100 pound teenagers, not old fat guys on a heavy machine. For a trike, I'd go for a mid motor set up, which you can do with a hub motor like StokeMonkey did, or just use rigid fork. And really cinch down the axle nuts and re-torque every time you think about it. For looks, there are plenty of ways to lock up or rigidize a springer, or look for something like a Humber Duplex or Schwinn Double Duty.

Sounds like the hell I went through, but eventually I was able to ride the bike everywhere for about a year with no issues, the old fat guy that bought it,is still riding it, but it requires a person to check it once in a while to make sure it was okay.

Ok I am learning a lot. Sounds like I should not use my Monarch Springer which is still in the box for an electric (750 watt) front drive wheel even though they claim it is designed for that. Disappointed in Michigan
