This was my great grandpas bike. He owned the first (acording to my Grandpa) Motorcyle shop in Orange County, CA . Unfortunately the details are now gone with those that have passed. I think the building was in Santa Ana. It was still standing some 30 years ago.

Deputy Barney Fife (Don Knotts, 1924-2006) got into all sorts of mischief with this machine and its sidecar, during "The Andy Griffith Show" that aired Jan. 27, 1964.

Andy (1926-2012) had a hard time convincing Barney to give up his obsession.
