Early toc saddle help???

I bought this couple days ago should be here tomororw or Wednesday. Only bought it. Because it was a good price I think and I seen them go for decent chunk of change. I was told it's a troxel. Anyone know approximately what it come from? Or maybe a value? Please and thank you.
