The rubber wheels very practical for a little guy whose parents feel they cannot afford a layout. The user's imagination provides the layout on any flat surface in the home.
A chuckle on meself - at first glance thought the green car looked like it could be a mail car then noticed that the green car and tan car are the same, differing only in paint colour.
