Fork is decent but missing hardware and rods. Original key there, one loop hole is slight light bent and will need to be fixed for the truss rod to go through.
4 pairs of truss rods for non locking fork. Some need bolts and “mickey ears” one set is nice, one set is the straight version for your early B10 and roadster bikes.
2 extra rods.
