Riding a '38 Autocycle Deluxe
This was a b6 Franken bike, here’s what was original on it. I was just going to part it out but figured provide an opportunity to buy it in one shot. I had the tank listed with no interest. Original paint maroon that has a lot of paint loss. See top tube, top of fenders, seat stays,, etc. would make a nice patina rider or project bike. Tank looks pretty good, a previous owner scrubbed the decals off Bicycle bones has new decals for $18. Inside looks good minimal flash rust. Fender braces have been swapped out; the rear braces go to the axle not the ears. Rivets were replaced with bolts. Rear fender has extra reflector holes. The left chain stay has been hit by the crank for a while see pictures. The locking springer is the best part. Has no key. the struts may have been rechromed at some point. Light cover has a hole in it. Lens is very nice. Light guts are average. The wheels that were on it were like modern Walmart wheels. I’m not sure if this would take drop centers or S2 wheels? but have a few sets of s2 in various conditions I could get you a nice combo price on. $795/shipped US 48 only. International is extra.
