I live for the CABE
What info can I get on this bike. I’m thinking it’s Shelby built. Looks mostly there except seat. Not sure if wheels are original or handlebars and possibly rear fender? Can anyone narrow down the year and model. The serial number is in the pictures. Is it worth a restore? Thanks.

I’m pretty sure the rear fender is a 1938-39 Schwinn ladies fender, and I suspect the wheels and chainwheel are also later replacements. The larger single hole in the front fender looks like it may have been intended for a Delta Silver Ray or Hornlight
