Yesterday I sold a rusty phantom. The guy who bought was so excited. I recall being that excited when I got too, then I said man too much work ...and all I thought about when it sold was now I have cash to work on the other rusty phantom. A win all around!!

I LIKE THAT! It’s a beautiful piece! As a Schwinn guy I dipped my toes in unholy water and did the unthinkable…..I got a Shelby. Now I have a roaming eye and wanna know more about other brands and why others like em. The patina is beautiful one that ride! I am a bit vertically challenged at only 5’6” so my phantom is still my go to though but my curiosity is growing

I’m 5-6 and it’s the perfect height for riding ballooners! Ya don’t look like an ogre on them and they don’t look goofy with the saddle and bars jacked super high. Does get challenging in the 28” wheel arena, my limit is around a 22” frame with the right saddle / bar combo

Since my girl & I split up over a year ago, I had to stash all my things in storage. It's been a while since I've ridden or even seen my bikes. So long that I lost my keys to my unit and had to wait weeks to get new locks installed. Recently I went over to take a look and hang with some old friends...and some I haven't yet had a chance to work on. Seeing them again gave me mixed feelings...but hopeful that I'll get back on them and do what I love again: Working on and riding old bikes.
