Help me find someone who can put a solid rubber tire on a Penny Farthing wheel

I busted the solid rubber tire on my Penny Farthing, and am trying to track down someone with a tire setting tool to get me back on the road. Does anyone have a lead on who could help — or where I might find the tool?

I’m sure someone on the wheelmen site can help.
I have a cab tiring machine as I know may other members do. The trick is the experience in using it correctly . I know that many pedal car tiring ends are glued together & stretched on instead of installing with the machine nowadays .
Alan @ Cowboys and Kidillacs in Texas sells cab tire but not sure if he has it big enough .

Anyone else can help here ?

hey thanks for the suggestion — I'll keep a lookout for the tool I need. In the meantime, I drove out to Amish country and found a buggy wheel repairman who fixed it up. He said to come back anytime! How lucky is that?!
