Help sorting out numbers on 68 Apple Krate

Accessory or part of full floating assembly

Being the Pea was first introduced as a 69 model, I don't believe this seat would have come on the bike, rather the green with white stripe would have.

Well I was not the original owner so it may very well have been added on @ some point. But boy it did match perfectly and looked killer. Much nicer then the Green w/white stripe.
