Huffman Lightning Flyer

Just picked this up and I believe it is a Huffman Lightning Flyer. One was posted years ago and it was determined to be about a 1947. Pretty solid bike. It has an aluminum Torrington style stem (unmarked), skip tooth chain and sprocket, drop center rims and cool pedals. I love the green on green color!

Serial number is kind of hard to read but I think it is 1 1 L 3 2 2 5, the second 1 is kind of faint and the L looks like an upside down 7

Anybody know what kind of pedals these are?

Those look like Magnas. Not sure how long Huffman kept with the date stamp on the backside of the fork crown, but it's worth a look.

date code could be really faint and hard to see, sometimes the camera eye picks it up better.

that serial number looks more like a pre war one.
