Look Ma, No Hands!
Good Afternoon!
With the addition of another G519 into my collection, unfortunately due to a lack of space, I wanted to pass this one on. It is an early 1942 curved bar serial # MG46478. I have put alot of time and effort into getting this thing looking good and uncovering alot of the original paint. With a little but more elbow grease, the remaining (little amount) of civilian paint can easily be removed. I took apart the Morrow rear hub, and all parts are stamped L2 which corresponds with the hub date code, and the Frame is stamped L3. This is a very original bike. I added the light, the coke grips, the rear reflector, and the tires. Everything else is original to the bike. When I received it, the seat pan needed to be recovered, so I re-upholstered it myself. It truly is a beautiful piece of military history, and ready to ride.
Please reach out with any questions you may have, or if you would like additional photos.
Payment terms are Zelle or venmo, or cash with local pickup.
I am willing to ship on buyers dime, but this thing is heavy and I imagine it might cost a decent amount. But all shipping charges will be responsible by the buyer. I will package it up very well, and give the buyer dimensions and weight to generate a label.
Thank you! Good luck
