I wanted to let everyone know that the Bicycle Museum of America will be attending the Memory Lane Swap Meet on Thursday, April 24! We'll be bringing about 60 bicycles and some assorted parts.

Definitely get a room booked in a surrounding area. Every hotel in Bowling green is sold out we had to book in Perrysburg and they were almost sold out.

I-75 and 795 or State Route 20 by Bass Pro is the next closest..................probably 15-20 mins away

I’ll be flying in Tuesday. Looking forward to my first memory lane and Monroe Swap! Can’t wait to meet all the cabers and other collectors I usually deal with over the phone. Anyone bringing any cool Colson stuff?!

So which is the better swap meet? I've never been to either one. I was planning on going to the Monroe show, not sure that I can do both.

The Monroe show is the better of the two in my opinion, nothing against memory lane.

They are very different shows. As MLC precedes Monroe, what you see at Monroe may have already traded hands once or twice, or more times ! If you want to catch it on the first go-round, don’t miss Memory Lane.
Monroe is larger, has plenty of fresh stock, and includes much more of the general public, both as buyers and sellers. Best to set aside 5 days and do them both

Wish I could take the time off for both but need to save PTO for some other getaways. Memory Lane was a blast last year. Going to try Monroe this year. Then I guess I’ll know which I prefer going forward.

Diehard Collectors arrive to their established swap spaces on Tuesday, Wed., many arrivals, Thursday are new arrivals, usually the busiest day, Fri., offers few new arrivals as many get ready to pack and head to the Monroe Classic Bicycle Event! ... Not all these bicycle swap vendors attend both swaps, as many only attend the Monroe event! ... Many different swap vendors arrive, all weekend long!

Monroe Classic Bicycle Event ... Monroe Co. Fgs., MI. 4-26 & 4-27, 2025 ... Saturday, SUNDAY Show Day! ... Camp-out / Hotels / Restaurants
This Event is great because if you purchase a Swap Space, early set-up 9:30 am & vendor swap on Saturday, you can campout in your area overnight ready for the Show & Swap on Sunday. Lots of great places to eat in the Monroe area. ... Public House / R Diner / Tiffany's Pizza
