Need JC Higgins 1953 colorflow parts

My father passed in 2020. I'm putting his 1953 JC Higgins colorflow back together as a Christmas present for my older brother. It was in pieces and some are missing. I need the piece that connects the bee hive bracket to the headset. I also need a headset and handlebars. This has been a fun project but still need some pieces to make it to the finish line.
