I'm kind of digging that side by side Klunker Tandem!

I wonder if they purposely only put the controls on the left....

So I guess gear shifts go like this:
  1. Relax the chain tension by moving the lever first to the right to disengage the ratchet teeth and then forward.
  2. Begin spinning the cranks backwards.
  3. Turn the tab at the end of the lever in one direction to shift up or the other to shift down until the derailleur paddles have moved the chain to the desired sprocket.
  4. Stop spinning the cranks backwards
  5. Move the lever backwards to re-tension the chain.
  6. Resume pedaling forward.
Now do it fast while an opponent is trying to overtake you :sweatsmile:
