Here is possible new project for me ??? , not exactly sure I need another project to go with my several other projects but I think we all are guilty of this, I think we all just love old bicycles & parts not exactly sure of the manufacturer ? , looks to be a mixture of all sorts of parts ? thanks for looking !!

I have no idea what that is but it might be a fun project if the price is right. It would be interesting to see what’s underneath the paint. Wonder if any original paint remains. Can you tell what the headbadge says?

I'm wondering if the serial number is suppose to be an ooh-998 upside down 1 or maybe just 18660. Frame does resemble a Schwinn.
