Quill seatpost bolt

Does anyone know about how long one of these bolts are, someone just stuck a long stem bolt in it but it won’t reach the wedge. I’m working on a 47-48 Monark Hex frame btw. Appreciate the help!!

What is the post diameter?
I have this one @ 7 1/2".
