Rocket Coaster brake problem

Hi John. Here’s what came out. I assume the bearing surface should turn smoothly in the hub. Must be driven into the brake shoe. Came out rather easy!

Replace "that part" (the clutch) and hope it solves the problem. It looks to me in your out of focus photo to be very worn on the drive side. The hub could also have the taper worn. If you're lucky, replacing the clutch will fix your sticking problem.
