Schrade 735 Stainless Sailors Rigging Knife Marlin Spike

Nice vintage Schrade 735 stainless sailors rigging knife with marlin spike. The sheepsfoot blade measures 2.75" long. The marlin spike is 3" long. The knife is 4" long closed. The spike doesn't seem to lock in place even though there is a spike release lever. I believe this is by design as you probably don't want a locked spike going through your hand when you're in a pitching boat in open water. It's a safety thing. Stainless steel blade and spike, delrin handle. Very good used condition. Some scratches and the slightest bit of white paint specks on the handle, barely noticeable. Probably 1970's vintage.
