I'm going to guess 49-50 with no seat rivets.

Well this is an ad drawing but now that l look closer I see what you are saying with the seat.............and now that I look even closer at the drawing of the tires, they are U.S. ROYAL MASTERS..................the most common tire they used on 1950 models but in White Walls!!!!!

They do........................anytime I am walking up to an original Phantom that looks untouched I look at the dull chrome and already know the year 1952 or 1953!!!!

I like the blackwalls on the right bicycle or in this case the Red Phantom I recently went through ... these tires were repurposed from another & have the redline on the sidewall which fit the look I was after
