Stingray fork question, are these for a 3 speed?

So just to be clear, in 1966 schwinn did NOT make a 5 speed Stingray…. a 5 speed FASTBACK, yes…. I believe my fork is a Stingray fork, and not a fastback fork

OP asked about a Stingray. He didn’t say what model.
Look on a Fastback chain guard, it says Stingray!

So yes, there was and is a 5 speed Stingray in 1966.

The title asks about a Stingray fork and he also posted a picture of the fork which you would recognize as a Stingray fork not a Stingray Fastback fork. There was no 5 speed Stingray in 1966
 
Could the date stamp actually be 10-8 ?? There looks to be remnants of Campus Green paint on the fork posted by Robert. Campus Green wasn't available until 1968. There were single speed (with 2-speed auto), 3-speed, and 5-speed Sting Ray models in 1968 that used the 20" middleweight forks with the hole for a caliper brake.
