Literally stumbled into an early 4-1/2" WILTON Bullet Vise recently while picking up a work project from the metal fab shop as they where taking over an old adjoining warehouse space.

It cleaned up and works very well just need to locate or have made a set of brass jaw inserts.

Armstrong & Monteith was an Vancouver Construction firm in the 1940's.

Nice Bob love it !! Your right 260 isn’t common most were 6cyl

Yes, they were depending on the early years of the Ford Falcon. I believe the first 6 cylinders was 144 cubic inch, and then later on was the 170, which was the mainstay. But you take the 170 out, and you put in a 200 cubic inch straight 6. And you've got just enough power. And economy, that'll last you. Over 200000 miles, with no problem!

I want to keep this car stock and the V8 is ( rare) a smoothy. I won't be racking up lots of miles. I appreciate your comments and great memories. Thanks!
