Sold Unusual 26" Carlisle clay wall knobbies

Picked these up a few years back now since I had never seen a pair like them. Haven't seen another pair since either.

These have been mounted to a pair of S-2 wheels, but I have never ridden on them. Not quite NOS, but they must not have seen much use.

Side walls are in great shape. Tires are still soft and there is very minimal stressing when pinched. These are rider quality, but like all old tires, riding might be hard on them.

Some minor imperfections in the rubber beyond the bead. Superficial stuff. The bead itself is in very good condition.

I think the tubes came with, so they are included as well.

A question was asked about the tires at pressure.
Mounted them back up and this is what they are like at 40psi. Look really solid, no splitting on sidewalls or on the tread face. Tire on the rear wheel had a few forming nubbins on the tread face, so very few miles.
