Can't thank you all enough for all this great information...I learned a lot...thank you to all posters...really appreciate your
expertise...From the information gathered here, perhaps Ariston jobbed out their bars to the Cycle Improvement Company...It seems like bicycle manufacturing may have been like the automotive companies in that there was a lot of jobbing out...Very interesting all the companies that played a part...Below two relics of jobbers I have...a plating company bill head I picked up recently...and a calendar issued by a wheel maker...

It's not much but it's something...Barnegatbicycles you are the man!!!...I couldn't find anything on him....Doesn't say where Delong was from...but the race was in Madison Wis....Thank you so much!!!...
