Vintage Muscle Bicycle Bike Accessories ID Identification

Here's an accessory that I have not been able to find,who manufactured? ...
Very similar to the Mighty Mac 6 pack rack but, smaller gauge metal construction and a little larger in size with red rubber inserts. Was told that it is a Canadian Accessory.

Looking at the advertisement collection here sure takes me to a younger and more innocent time . It's so satisfying to me that this much stuff survived all of these years . Kudos

I wonder if this counts as an accessory, not a motorcycle helmet, thin, fiberglass. Not a military helmet, seems like original blue paint. Will look great on top of a tall sissy bar on a sky blue stingray.
