That “Wingbar” has a lot of potential. Very cool bikes!
Unfortunately someone has already taken all the meat off the bone, and it could be a long road to put it back on. You might consider having fun with it, and build it out with “placeholders” as you watch for the correct parts. You might want to also add correct “sprocket” to your want list.
