Looking at the fenders and chainguard, they look right to me in shape, so probably a re-paint with different braces.

Has anyone seen a New World with a Peoria King badge before? There's one on eBay now as well. Frame looks over-painted. Fenders look like the two-tone type white ones. Newer braces again on this one (broken wire braces?). Has some swapped parts. Two-speed New Departure hub. Not seeing a serial number referenced anywhere. Pre-war style frame and fork from the look of it.

There is so much wrong with that piece, I would bet the head badge was never issued on that New World. Same with the 1969 brake lever and handlebar. 🙃

I started to say I found this New World in the wild, but does the Portland swap meet count? Lol
Sam from Baltimore was kind enough to let me take pictures of this bike and post them up. He says he's on here but I didn't think to ask his username. Serial Number is B18729, Sam says it's an all original 1939 model, with locking fork.

I have seen the Paramount and Superior stamped seats, but I hadn't seen a World stamped seat before this one.

Bike has the short "BRAKE" arm, is brazed throughout, has wire fender braces, and rear fork ends.

That's killer. It's an early one too. It has the early-style round front fender which is not often seen. Sam F. is a good guy.

Added @AndyGitane as the owner of J07265 and added info on the rear coster. Added the G serial maroon and red ladies parallel bar Cadillac bike from Mike. It is the earliest Cadillac on the list now. The others are I7XXXX bikes. Also added the killer black 39 from @WillWork4Parts and Sam F from Baltimore. Its the second bike on the list and the non-finned front fender is not common as @SirMike1983 pointed out. I love how honest this bike looks.

Dang it, I was hoping to get pictures of my other New World purchase from the Portland swap before the list got updated. Was saving it for show and tell Sunday. With a 51 New World, I nearly put bookends on the list.
