I'm assuming you meant 24" rim with 36 holes, and the answer to that question is yes. It was an S-2 but it was drilled for 120 ga. spokes, surely for Whizzers. The part number was No. 3952. I have a memory that they also made a 24" S-2 with standard drilling but I haven't had a chance to go hunting for it yet. If I assumed incorrectly, please let me know and I'll try to get the answer you are looking for.
