I have to say I've never seen a Wise lock on the rear chainstay . Looks CWC to me with a rollfast chainring. Basic bike, not sure about $200. And yeah, that downtube is squished.

Too bad about the frame damage. Otherwise, the light, Wise lock and wheelset are probably worth asking. Stem looks stepped like the HD long stems, but shorter. Looks like a 41 CWC with a Snyder (D. P. Harris) chainring and fork.
