One I just picked up this Packard badged - I'm thinking 37 maybe ???

Looks like it has drop outs and built in stand so post war.

Heres what i come up with when i punched in the serial number but this is definitely WRONG , but it is definitely 1951 & earlier because the serial number is under the bottom bracket , it is a 1946 - 1951 for sure , nice score Mike !!!!!!!

Just noticed NON knurled S 2 's so probably 1948 - 1949 , 1947 & earlier should have drop center wheels , NON knurled S 2 ' s are little more rare , hope this helps !!!!!!!

No R serials on the list that started in August 48 so possibly an early 1948 if the wheels are original to the bike.
