I have no idea what I'm talking about here but....
...I also have an old German bike with tire size28x175x2---47-622. I noticed that my 700/38 tires (newer hybrid bike)also have the 622 number on them which I think is extremely important, more so than the 175 or 2 (width?) If so, these 700 tires are readily available. Aren't 700 tires actually 28"?Anybody care to enlighten us?
