Vintage Vans Shoes

AS we all know, some vintage Schwinn bikes from the 70's & 80's are pretty valuable to certain people. Now, as I do in the winter months here in the NE, I go through the boxes I have stored in my basement to try and purge any items I am no longer using, or really have any need for any longer! I found a few pairs of some old vintage Vans and Converse All Star shoes from the 80's era when they were still made in the USA. So I did a search on Ebay to get an idea of the value of these old used vintage shoes. The prices were all over the board, so I came up with a price for them, and listed them for sale. I listed the Vans and the Converse in separate listings, and sold them both within an hour of listing them. The end result was a total of $250 for some old sneakers I purchased for $10 or $15 bucks back in the day. I am sure these ended up in some eclectic vintage clothing store somewhere, and will be sold for double what I sold them for.............LOL

Yes it was. I have worn out plenty of them myself. Back in the day, that is just about all I wore were Vans, and All Star high tops.
