1949 women’s Elgin bicycle

I am a quiet observer and admirer of this forum, having learned quite a bit along the way. I have a ladie’s 1939 Elgin that I trust will find a happy home here with someone. It is in original condition with tires from a later time, tagged in Wichita, Kansas and with the bonus Elgin bike lock. Unfortunately, I do not have the key to the lock since I purchased it without the key. I do ride this bike without any issue. I am not familiar with shipping a bike, but will ship at purchaser’s cost or feel free to pick it up.

If the rear hub has an air-cooled Musselman like my Elgin, there will be an E for 1939, along with a circle for the first quarter, a diamond for 2nd Q, a square for 3rd Q, or a triangle for 4th Q.

F is a 1940 hub, G is 1941, and H is 1942.
