Nice find! Still has the original Dunlop tires and Woods (?) valve stems. That will clean up very well.

Still having a lot of fun with the 1951 and 1969 Sports models I picked up a few weeks ago. Paid $100 and $120 for them respectively.

Yours is a 23" frame, as mine are below.

The valves look to be the old-style Schrader type with threaded collars. The valves look like the kinds used on old Dunlops, complete with the Schrader valve tool caps. Dunlop's tubes were extraordinarily good. My 1947 Raleigh still runs its original tubes. They keep air as well as any modern tube. The best new tubes in this size are Schwalbes (which also have threaded collars). Reuse old tubes if they keep air reasonably well. Most modern tubes are made more cheaply than the old ones from Britain or the USA.

Bike is up on a stand, and I've begun the cleaning!

I didn't check the brakes or gear shifting when I got the bike, , as I didn't want to make it look like I was "looking a gift horse in the mouth" for what I was paying. But, I'm happy to report that the brakes are smooth as is the shifting!!!
Apparently, the bike was well taken care of when it was being used. It just fell into something being left for a very long time and ignored in a corner in a garage.

OK... back to work!!
