1964 Flamboyant Lime J38 Stingray find

Love the pumpkin lights on the early Bikes. This October 64 lime is turned into deluxe at the dealer. There was a shortage of the deluxe models and the dealer where this one was sold in Springfield, Missouri, apparently was adding factory fenders white walls the deluxe seat and boat pedals to make his own deluxe models. This is just like the dealership.

BTW, that Flam Lime is a 1965.

The standard was the only way to go on those bikes.
The more sh,+ you put on them the more of a kook you became.
Back in the day, nobody wanted to get caught dead on a Krate bike.
How were you going to jump 15 Marx Big Wheels on that thing?

Was there such a thing as black decals and markings on a Lime 64? The seat post quality decal is white. I've never seen black on any early Sting Rays.
