I picked up this crusty Paramount at Monroe because I like orange, chrome lugs, and it was cheap. A little small at 52cm for me but I can still ride it around. Out of my wheelhouse but can someone tell me which model and what would the correct pedals be? Does everything else look correct? Thanks, Shawn

Somewhat of a rare color.
I have this Sunset Orange (dark orange) color on my Original 1973 Krate.
Nice Paramount!

So based on feedback and additional research here's where I'm at: Model P13 and the serial number indicates March 1973 205th frame built. Wheels and pedals wrong. 20" (50.8 cm) frame. I'll totally disassemble this bike and clean but prefer to avoid paint touch-ups. I may re-decal the "Schwinn Paramount" down tube decals though. I see prices all over the place and realize size, color, correctness factors into value. I'm just trying to decide if its worth buying the correct wheelset and pedals so any idea of what this may be worth correct would be much appreciated. Thanks, Shawn

Great bike! Nothing rides quite like a Reynolds 531 frame. That will really clean up well. Years ago, I used Testor's paint to touch up a sunset orange Varsity. Wish I still had the bottle as it was a very good match

Sweet I love the orange Paramount ! I have the same bike that I ride ... same size too !

found two versions of the Weinmann world racing stripes label on the wood-filled tubular rim, both on machines of 1965, the wood grain one was a new find
